Sharing and saying whatever is on your mind can be enormously freeing. Being heard and being seen by an impartial counsellor, without judgment or baggage getting in the way, knowing this time and space is for you can, in itself, be a rewarding and beneficial process.
With one to one therapy, we would meet weekly for 50 minutes.
