My Integrative Approach: Connecting Past to Present
I combine psychodynamic theory with the present moment, allowing us to reflect on how your childhood and early life experiences may be a root cause of negative thoughts, patterns, or behaviour you experience today.
Often, how we show up in our relationships, our work, and our day-to-day lives—both negatively and positively—is deeply rooted in our past. Our work is to uncover these connections. We would also combine nueroscience to build new workable neural pathways to make lasting change.

About Me
Katriona | Integrative Therapist (Relational Approach)
Hello and welcome. I’m Katriona, a qualified Integrative Therapist based in London, working worldwide.
My practice centres on a relational approach, which means the trusting connection we build together is the primary tool for change. This flexible, integrative style allows me to combine psychotherapeutic practices tailored specifically to your current situation and needs.

In our work, you are the expert on you. You hold the knowledge of your experiences, feelings, and life history. My role is to help you to navigate your challenges by:
