Just that you show up to your appointments. Beyond that, there are very little expectations. This is your time, and we work at your pace.
We can work together to tailor to your needs but generally I would suggest a minimum of 6 sessions to get the most out of the process.
Currently all of my sessions are remote via Zoom, Facetime, Skype or phone.
Typically 1-1 therapy sessions are 50 minutes weekly and coaching sessions are 120 minutes every 2-3 weeks.
