I've never had therapy before and feel a bit daunted, where do I start?
That’s no problem, lots of people feel this way. Perhaps an introductory call would help to alleviate the nervousness? Please contact me to arrange.
What is expected of me during the sessions?
Just that you show up to your appointments. Beyond that, there are very little expectations. This is your time, and we work at your pace.
Do I have to commit to a minimum number of sessions?
We can work together to tailor to your needs but generally I would suggest a minimum of 6 sessions to get the most out of the process.
I need to cancel my appointment what should I do?

Do you do sessions in person?
Currently all of my sessions are remote via Zoom, Facetime, Skype or phone.
How long do sessions last?
Typically 1-1 therapy sessions are 50 minutes weekly and coaching sessions are 120 minutes every 2-3 weeks.
